- DRAFT -

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 am by Chair Richard Lannan. All members were present for roll call except Ian Buckley. MOTION: Trustee Barry moved to approve the minutes of the May 8, 2026, meeting, second by Trustee Rinaldi; it passed unanimously.

Pete Lally, President of Spectacle Management, gave an overview of Q2 of 2026, noting that April was very busy, and the quarter saw 22 Spectacle promoted event with a good mix of genres, strong returning acts and new shows, along with seven rentals and five community events. He noted that the general admission, open floor Joyce Manor show was very popular with a different set up, active crowd and enhanced security.

Dan Berube reported that the upcoming schedule for Q3 and 4 is robust and early holiday sales are already strong (report attached). Spectacle submitted the report on their donations for the quarter to the Advancement Reserve Fund for Q2. Jessica Lynn's 10th anniversary Christmas Show on November 24 is expected to sell out early – it is a family friendly, multi-media concert that includes local children as guest performers. Trustee Lindsay Rinaldi, executive director of the Nashua Community Music School, was contacted and has rehearsal music for the show. They noted that 25% of ticket sales are from Nashua zip codes, showing continued reach.

Spectacle is contributing $9,655.59 from food and beverage, $2,942.50 from sponsorships, $644.84 from the option to donate when purchasing tickets for a total of $13,242.93. There were no merchandizing sales in the quarter. The check was delivered to Tim Cummings. To date Spectacle has donated $151,125.89 to the fund, along with $50,000 from the 2024 and 2025 galas held by Spectacle and Nashua Community Arts. ACTION: The board requested a quarterly report on the status of the Advancement Reserve Fund that shows what has been deposited to date, what is available during the current fiscal year, and any funds expended to date.

Trustee Carlson gave an update on the new rotation at the Sandy Cleary Gallery and Trustee Lannon updated the board on the status of planning for the 2026 Arts Ball gala scheduled for October 17.

Respectfully submitted, Judith Carlson, Clerk
